Free Delivery on Orders $1,500+
Walk-in and cash customers with orders of $1,500 or more get free delivery. Account holders always get free delivery — no order minimum required.

How do I schedule a delivery?
Call or visit any Milwaukie Lumber location. Our staff will confirm availability, give you an estimated delivery date, and schedule a delivery window that works for your job site.
Do you deliver to the Oregon Coast?
Yes — we regularly deliver to the coast from Warrenton south to Bay City, including Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Tillamook, and surrounding communities. Call for scheduling and rates.
What does delivery cost?
Account holders receive free delivery to the Portland and Vancouver metro. Walk-in and cash customers with orders of $1,500 or more get free delivery. For orders under $1,500, call your nearest store for current rates.
Can you deliver to a job site with limited access?
Our drivers are experienced with job site conditions. Let us know about access constraints when you schedule — we'll select the right vehicle and plan your delivery accordingly.
Do you deliver to Central Oregon?
Yes — we deliver to Bend, Redmond, and the Central Oregon area. Extended-area deliveries require advance scheduling. Call for availability and rates on your specific destination.
What types of materials do you deliver?
All materials we stock: dimensional lumber, sheet goods (plywood/OSB), engineered wood (I-joists, LVL beams), decking, siding, building materials, and hardware. Ask about delivery of full pallet orders of pellet fuel.
My location is remote — can you still deliver?
It depends. Mountain communities, coastal roads with access restrictions, locations beyond a pass, or areas with no turnaround for a flatbed may require special scheduling or a smaller vehicle — or may not be serviceable. Call your nearest store with your full address and we'll tell you straight.
